Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize email campaigns for lead generation, client engagement, and brand growth. You will be responsible for managing email marketing tools, writing effective content, building campaign funnels, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities · Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. · Build and manage email lists, segment audiences, and maintain contact hygiene. · Write engaging email copy and subject lines aligned with the brand voice. · Work with design and marketing teams to create campaign visuals. · Set up automated email sequences (drip campaigns, follow-ups, etc.). · A/B test emails to optimize open and click-through rates. · Monitor campaign metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements. · Ensure compliance with spam laws and email marketing best practices.

Key Requirements · 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. · Hands-on experience with email platforms. · Strong understanding of email automation, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation. · Excellent copywriting skills. · Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions). · Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications · Experience in marketing for IT or digital service companies.
