PT United Power, a subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk under Bekasi Power, is a growing company in the energy and power generation sector. We are currently looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Mandarin Speaker!

Requirements: - Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Mandarin Language). - At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written), preferably certified with HSK Level 3 or above. - Previous experience in customer service or translation is a strong advantage. - Strong teamwork and customer-oriented mindset. - Placement : Kendal

Job Description: - Act as a communication liaison between technical/customer service teams and Mandarin-speaking customers or principals/vendors. - Serve as an interpreter during face-to-face meetings, online meetings, and phone calls. - Support the aftersales team in providing technical solutions, scheduling services, and handling warranty claims. - Maintain and update customer databases and manage administrative tasks related to after-sales support.
