About the Role

We are a leading FMCG company based in Sagamu, Ogun State, seeking a skilled Chinese Translator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a communication bridge between our Chinese-speaking partners and local teams, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient translation.

Key Responsibilities

Translate documents, reports, and correspondence between Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, factory operations, and technical discussions.

Facilitate communication between Chinese expatriates and Nigerian staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all translations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.

Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written).

Proven experience in translation or interpretation.

Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
