Our mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible support to clients worldwide. The Role We’re looking for a Mandarin–Cantonese Interpreter to join our remote team full-time. You’ll play a key role in bridging communication between Mandarin/Cantonese and English speakers during customer service calls. Beyond interpretation, you’ll help manage inbound/outbound calls, assist with lead generation, and support upselling initiatives—always ensuring cultural nuances are respected. What We’re Looking For ✅ Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English Strong interpreting/translation skills with cultural awareness Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Customer service and call-handling experience Professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work remotely At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field 📩 Interested?
