In this role, you’ll craft impactful narratives across digital touchpoints, establish content guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless member experiences. What You’ll Do ✅ Design and refine UX content for product flows, notifications, navigation, and more ✅ Build and manage content strategies across the product lifecycle ✅ Define and maintain messaging vision, voice, and tone consistency ✅ Conduct content audits and recommend improvements ✅ Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to ensure alignment What We’re Looking For 🔹 7+ years in UX content design, UX writing, or content strategy 🔹 Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail 🔹 Experience with user-centered design and digital product best practices 🔹 Familiarity with web/mobile standards and accessibility guidelines 🔹 Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Master’s degree, financial services experience, or Human Factors Institute certification. 📩 If you’re passionate about creating intuitive and impactful user experiences, we’d love to connect!
