🎯 EXCITING HR OPPORTUNITY 🎯 Menzies Aviation is recruiting for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and support our HR Manager across all aspects of the HR agenda!

🔍 Role Purpose: Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR issues while supporting the implementation of HR strategy, processes, and policies in alignment with MASIL and local requirements.

💼 Key Responsibilities: People Fundamentals: • Deliver reliable, compliant HR operations and advisory support • Process standard HR requests and manage leave/attendance administration • Maintain accurate employee records and data analytics • Handle payroll updates, insurance procedures, and tax compliance • Manage employee exits and final settlements Resourcing Excellence: • Manage full recruitment cycle including onboarding • Source candidates through various channels effectively • Support shortlisting, interview logistics, and candidate assessments • Conduct HR inductions for new joiners Performance Management: • Support high-performing culture through aligned frameworks • Administer probationary assessments and annual performance processes • Advise managers on quality performance conversations • Support recognition and motivation initiatives
