𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲) | Peach

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to elevate our documentation and developer experience. This role goes beyond API docs — you’ll build out a full developer resource center, craft migration and instructional content, and ensure every Peach client can self-serve with ease. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing Series B company.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 Update and elevate our API reference. Create internal and external docs with clear context and instructions. Build and manage a developer resource center (guides, tutorials, process docs). Continuously integrate new products and features into documentation. Collaborate with Marketing on external-facing collateral.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 5+ years in technical writing, ideally in financial services. Experience managing documentation platforms. Strong background writing API documentation. Proven work building developer resource centers and training materials (manuals, tutorials, videos).

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 Familiarity with OpenAPI, RESTful APIs, Python, Go, or JavaScript. Knowledge of lending and financial services. Experience with Redoc, GitHub, Markdown.
