Role: Project & Cultural Engagement Support Specialist - Human Resources
Location: Bangalore : Bellandur- 5 days from office. Experience: 3–7 years Notice: Immediate - 15 days notice
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support our client’s internal operations, employee engagement programs, and process governance initiatives. This role requires strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and enhance cultural engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support Assess and prioritize business requirements based on feasibility, urgency, and impact. Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and define execution strategies. Recommend and manage improvement initiatives for ongoing projects. Cultural Engagement & Communications Plan and manage internal engagement initiatives such as newsletters, peer recognition programs, workshops, and all-hands meetings. Coordinate content creation, event logistics, and post-event analysis. Manage internal communication drafts, announcements, and stakeholder updates to ensure clarity and professionalism.
Governance & Process Documentation Create, review, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, standards, and training materials. Support documentation related to SOX compliance and IT service processes. Ensure English/Korean translation accuracy where applicable.
Performance Tracking & Process Execution Support OKR and Change Management processes through JIRA. Create and maintain OKR templates, dashboards, and reports for leadership review. Monitor ticket updates, ensure process compliance, and provide data-driven insights on progress and alignment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT or related fields. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills using Microsoft O365 tools. Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders. Proactive and organized, with experience managing internal programs and engagement activities. Proficiency in English preferred.
