Job Title: Communications and Graphic Design Specialist Department: Marketing and Communications Reports To: Marketing Manager / Corporate Communications Director Job Objective: To develop and execute visual communication strategies and graphic content aligned with the business and corporate objectives of the group of companies. Responsible for managing social media, creating internal and external campaign materials, maintaining a consistent and modern visual identity, and ensuring effective communication with key audiences: clients, micro-entrepreneurs, outsourced personnel, and internal collaborators. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and keep active the corporate social media platforms of the group of companies.

Design and develop institutional graphic materials for internal and external campaigns.

Create content and graphic pieces for internal communications within the group.

Develop graphic materials for commercial presentations to clients.

Propose and develop the look and feel for the corporate website.

Design landing pages for websites, applications, social media, emails, or digital portals.

Create graphic and written content for micro-entrepreneurs and outsourced personnel.

Design visual campaigns targeting clients, micro-entrepreneurs, and outsourced personnel.

Create and maintain a digital newsletter for clients, to be sent out periodically.

Generate content through photography, articles, interviews, and site visits.

Manage and update the corporate image bank.

Participate in company activities that can provide valuable marketing content.

Ensure that the company’s visual identity remains modern and consistent across all services and customer segments.

Moderate and monitor social media communications.

Propose visual campaigns based on the company’s commercial and communication needs.

Job Profile: Education:

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2 to 4 years in similar roles, preferably in corporate environments or agencies.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in managing social media and content scheduling tools.

Content writing for digital and print media.

Photography and image editing (preferred).
