📌 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer / Knowledge Management Specialist.

What You’ll Do Craft and edit high-quality, timely content for knowledge bases, standard responses, blogs, site labels, and more. Collaborate with product, localization, legal, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver accurate, effective support content. Advocate for customer-first help experiences by educating and influencing diverse internal teams. Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to tools and workflows. Work with multiple stakeholders to boost overall support team effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Technical Writing or Knowledge Management. Experience with content management systems and authoring tools. Knowledge of topic-based authoring methodologies (DITA, Information Mapping, etc.). Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
