𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 We’re seeking an expert technical writer with hands-on experience in advanced data governance—covering topics like metadata management, policy enforcement, data lineage, AI model governance, and cross-functional compliance. (Passcode: data govai)

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Translate complex concepts (AI model transparency, metadata integration, ethical AI governance) into clear, engaging content for data leaders and practitioners. Develop technical materials explaining client solutions, especially at the infrastructure layer. Create and refine documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice. Stay current on evolving data regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and apply insights to content. Collaborate with SMEs and technical communicators to improve content precision and depth. QA for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards. Suggest optimizations and best practices to strengthen content quality. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 3+ years in a data-related role (e.g., senior data scientist, analyst, compliance manager, or data governance lead). 2+ years writing experience with the ability to research deeply and explain complex topics like lineage tracking, federated governance, and AI documentation. Familiarity with governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, FAIR, ISO 8000). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to tailor content for executives (CDOs, VPs) and practitioners. Experience with SEO, SME interviews, and both digital/print formats. Excellent organization and time management; consistently meets deadlines. Positive, curious, feedback-friendly, and collaborative.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 B2B SaaS or marketing writing experience. Familiarity with governance tools (data catalogs, observability platforms, ML registries). Understanding of multi-cloud/hybrid governance challenges.

𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Submit 3–5 samples (preferably recent, data-related content). Older samples are acceptable if paired with newer work.
