🚨 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer 📍 Location: Nagavara, Bengaluru (Hybrid – WFO) Exxat is looking for a Technical Writer who can turn complex product knowledge into simple, clear, and engaging content. If you enjoy creating user guides, troubleshooting documents, and multimedia content (videos, tutorials), this role is for you!

What you’ll do: ✍️ Write and maintain user guides, FAQs, and release notes 🎥 Create training materials & product demo videos (Camtasia/Adobe Premiere Pro) 🤝 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure technical accuracy 🚀 Experiment with innovative formats like in-app help and interactive content

What we’re looking for: ✅ 3–8 years of Technical Writing experience (SaaS/EdTech preferred) ✅ Strong skills in documentation + multimedia tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in English ✅ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for end-users
