We are looking for a candidate who is innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in client preferences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make marketing decisions. Duties: The ability to accurately convey the clients core message and target demographicPlan and develop weekly email marketing campaignsImprove ad campaigns through Copy A/B testingBrainstorm visual and written copy ideas with members of our creative teamWrite clear and concise content that directly represents the clients voiceInterpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirementsConduct high-quality research and interviewsUtilize SEO tactics to maximize reachEdit, proofread, and modify content until the client is satisfiedConceptualize, develop, and produce effective advertising campaignsWork with Account Managers to determine client needs / budgetOversee advertising campaigns from production to completionWork with tight deadlines Research competitors and maintain up-to-date with market trendsCreate content strategies that support our business goals and clientsAudit existing contentKey Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or relevant field - Masters is a plusCreative thinker - ability to conceptualize original ideas for a variety of clientsStrong understanding of digital marketing practices, such as SEO, PPC, remarketing, etc. Experience working in a digital agency environmentExperience using Google Adwords and Google Analytics3-5 years experience in digital strategy, email marketing, and/or digital publishingWhy apply?
