Job Highlights: - Contract type: Independent Contractor - Schedule: 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday Canada Time - Must be available for occasional meetings and communication during Canadian business hours

Responsibilities: - Manage and grow social media presence on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Houzz - Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with the brand voice - Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager - Monitor performance metrics and generate reports using analytics tools - Engage with followers, respond to inquiries/comments, and manage online communities - Plan and schedule posts using Zoho Socials or similar platforms - Use ChatGPT for copywriting support and translation assistance (English to French) - Conduct competitor research and provide strategic recommendations - Coordinate with internal teams on promotions and campaign updates

Requirements - Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Zoho Socials, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, ChatGPT - Strong content creation and copywriting skills - Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices - Experience with ad campaign optimization and performance tracking - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to generate French translations using AI tools like ChatGPT

Language Requirements: - Fluent in English - Comfortable translating content into French using AI tools

Preferred Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing - Industry experience in real estate or home improvement is a plus
