🚀 #We’re hiring 📌Technical Writer 🌍Location: Remote 💼Experience: 3–6 years 🏢 Department: Product Documentation / Engineering About the Role: We’re looking for a Technical Writer who thrives on clarity, precision, and curiosity. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that helps users and internal teams understand and use our products effectively. This role requires strong English communication skills, comfort working with uncertainty, and the ability to test and validate features firsthand. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams, often diving into Git repositories and testing environments to uncover how things actually work before documenting them. What You’ll Do ●     Create, review, and maintain clear, concise product documentation, including user guides, release notes, developer docs, and FAQs. ●     Test and explore new product features to understand functionality and edge cases before writing. ●     Work directly with Git-based documentation workflows - branching, committing, creating pull requests, and managing content versions. ●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and resolve ambiguities. ●     Write with accuracy and empathy for the reader, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and terminology. ●     Continuously improve documentation structure, navigation, and readability. What We’re Looking For ●     Excellent command of written and spoken English. ●     3+ years of experience in technical writing or developer documentation. ●     Hands-on experience using Git for documentation. Understanding version control, branching, and merge workflows. ●     Ability to test features independently and translate findings into user-focused documentation. ●     Comfort working in dynamic, ambiguous environments where processes evolve. ●     Familiarity with modern documentation tools (Markdown, Docusaurus ReadMe.io, or similar). Nice to Have ●     Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms. ●     Basic understanding of web technologies, JSON, JavaScript, or REST APIs. ●     Exposure to CI/CD documentation pipelines or Git-based publishing systems. plz if anyone is interested plz do DM!!
