Key Responsibilities: Manage faceless YouTube channels from planning to publishing. Research and develop engaging content ideas based on trends. Supervise scriptwriting, voiceover, video editing, and thumbnail teams. Optimize videos for SEO, visibility, and audience engagement. Analyze channel performance and implement growth strategies. Stay updated with YouTube’s algorithm and monetization policies. Requirements: 5–8 years of proven experience in YouTube channel growth and management. Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content strategy. Leadership skills to coordinate with creative and technical teams. Proficiency in tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and Canva. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
