🚨 Interim Opportunity – Head of HR & Organisational Development 📍 London | 💻 Hybrid | 📜 Inside IR35

We’re partnering with a London Local Authority to recruit an Interim Head of HR & OD to lead a critical transformation programme. This is a key leadership role for someone who can deliver strategic change, drive workforce development, and embed a high-performance culture across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in HR and Organisational Development leadership within Local Government Proven track record in delivering workforce transformation and cultural change Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organisational design Ability to lead senior HR teams and influence stakeholders at all levels CIPD qualification (or equivalent) highly desirable
