Localization Specialist Job

HR Generalist 📍 San Antonio, Texas (Onsite) 💼 Direct Hire 💰 Salary: 70,000–80,000 Key Responsibilities • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding with department managers • Support employee relations, performance documentation, and disciplinary processes • Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws • Serve as the organization’s Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory training and credentialing requirements • Manage benefits administration, reconciliations, and employee communications • Partner with the benefits broker during open enrollment, including planning, communication, and employee support • Oversee leave management (FMLA, LOA), timekeeping systems, and HR budgeting support • Maintain and update job descriptions, employee handbook, and HR protocols • Assist with employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives • Collaborate with credentialing staff to ensure provider documentation is current • Act as a key contact for HR vendors and consultants • Represent the organization at community events and HR-related conferences Skills and Competencies • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach • Ability to build trust at all levels of the organization • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR technology, and organizational development • Experience with HR systems, budgeting activities, and compliance initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5+ years of progressive HR experience • Healthcare or multi-site HR experience is a plus Please call or email : 210-590-0600 or lgonzales@leadingedgepersonnel.com
