𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 We’re seeking a skilled Technical Document Writer to transform complex product and engineering concepts into clear, precise, and actionable documentation. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, Designers, and Engineers to produce high-quality SRS, PRD, FRD, API docs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, ensuring every team can execute without ambiguity.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Create and maintain specs: SRS (IEEE-style), PRD, FRD, Architecture Overviews, and Non-Functional Requirements (scalability, security, performance, DR/BCP).

• Backlog-Ready Detail: Produce user stories, use cases, BDD/Gherkin acceptance criteria, testable definitions of done, and detailed process/sequence/state diagrams.​

• API & Data Docs: Create OpenAPI/Swagger-aligned API documentation, request/response schemas, and data dictionaries/ERDs; track change logs and versioning.​

• Work with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure real-world accuracy and troubleshooting coverage.

• Address compliance/security: audit trails, RBAC, GDPR/SOC2 notes, and localization guidance.

• Release Comms: Prepare release notes, implementation guides, admin handbooks, and “what’s new” summaries for internal & external audiences.​

• Facilitate documentation reviews, maintain a single source of truth in Confluence/Notion/Git, and keep artifacts updated.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Balance technical depth with user-friendly communication, ensuring clarity and precision.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱.

• 2–3+ years in software product documentation (SaaS/ERP preferred).​

• Documentation (REST/JSON; bonus for GraphQL).​

• Ability to produce diagrams (flowcharts, sequence, state, ERD) using tools like draw.io, PlantUML, Mermaid, Figma, or Lucidchart.​

• Excellent English technical writing with consistent style and version-control mindset.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence/Notion, Git/GitHub, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Markdown.

• Comfort collaborating with engineers and asking sharp, clarifying questions to eliminate ambiguity.​

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Background in ERP or B2B SaaS.​ • Exposure to RBAC, audit logging, SOC2/GDPR frameworks. • Understanding of microservices, queues, caching, performance, and observability. • Experience documenting multi-tenant systems, integrations, and pipelines. • Knowledge of security best practices in design. • Ability to outline test cases and traceability matrices.
