Job Description: - Administrative Duties + Daily Office Operations: Manage and maintain the office area, which includes purchasing supplies, managing fixed assets, and coordinating equipment repairs. Ensure the office environment is clean and organized. + Meeting Coordination: Organize company meetings by booking rooms, sending notifications, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Document Management: Handle official documents, including drafting, managing files, and overseeing the company seal. + Employee Records: Coordinate the management of employee attendance and leave requests. + Employee Welfare: Organize welfare activities like holiday gift distribution and planning team-building events. - Human Resources Duties + Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist with the onboarding process (background checks, signing employment contracts). + Training & Onboarding: Prepare training materials for new hires and guide them on company policies and internal regulations. + Employee Relations: Address questions about salary, bonuses, and benefits; handle employee complaints and feedback. + Payroll & Insurance: Operate payroll software, and manage social insurance registration and maintenance. + Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with procedures for transfers, promotions, and resignations; update employee records. + Performance Management: Track the KPI process, compile data, and record evaluation results. - Localization + Bilingual Translation (Chinese-Vietnamese): Translate contracts, product guides, and customer feedback. + Cultural & Legal Compliance: Ensure information is suitable for the local culture and legal requirements.
