If you have a passion for documentation, love collaborating with developers, and enjoy simplifying tech for users — this role is for you! What You’ll Do: -Create and maintain high-quality documentation — user manuals, API docs, installation guides, FAQs, and release notes. -Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to gather insights and ensure accuracy. -Translate complex information into easy-to-understand language for technical and non-technical audiences. -Develop visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts to improve clarity. -Edit and proofread existing documents for tone, structure, and consistency. Manage documentation versions aligned with product updates and releases. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an IT/software environment. Excellent command of English with strong writing and editing skills. Familiarity with SDLC and ability to understand technical concepts. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Confluence, Git, Markdown, or FrameMaker. Attention to detail, deadline orientation, and a collaborative mindset. (Bonus points if you’ve worked on API or developer documentation, or know HTML/CSS, XML, or Markdown!)
