💡 What You’ll Do :

Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and SMEs to simplify complex technical information Develop and maintain a style guide and consistent documentation standards Design visual aids (diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots) to enhance readability Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and product updates

🧠 What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the software or technology industry Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Proficiency with tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, Markdown, or Git Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise documentation
