→ Scale with scripts: Write high-converting ad scripts (UGC, VSLs) designed to drive direct sales on Paid Social. → Data-first iteration: Dive into performance data to find winning hooks, angles, and CTAs, then systematically build variations. → Creative Ownership: Become the strategic thought partner for growth, turning customer insights into predictable, scalable ad performance.

Must-haves: → At least 2+ years DTC Creative Strategy experience → Proven eCom Copywriting portfolio → Obsession with ROI/data.
