As an YouTube Content Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and growing YouTube channels dedicated to foreign healthcare exam preparations. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to increase channel subscribers, views, engagement, and overall channel performance. This position requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the target audience, the ability to establish deep relationships with educators, and the art of delegating tasks effectively.

What will you do as a part of this role? You will be creating effective content strategies by analyzing the YouTube data and coordinating with the curation team. You will be reviewing the researched stories and scripts and give constructive feedback to the curation team. After video shoot after the edit, you will write creative and SEO friendly descriptions, add relevant and trend-jacking tags and create appealing thumbnails so that the talk is directed to the right audience in the right way. You will be responsible for the growth and development of YT channels and will be maintaining excel sheets of the data from YouTube Studio. You have to analyze the performance of the videos using YouTube Studio metrics and continuously repackage (re-index) the existing videos. You have to actively engage with the community through different kinds of posts and campaigns, targeting our audience. Establish and execute a monthly growth plan, roadmap and ensure all operational requirements of the channels are met.

Requirement for the Role 2-5 years of experience in YouTube content strategy. Good communication and research skills. Strong Adobe Photoshop and design skills. Good understanding of YouTube Algorithm, trends, SEO marketing and awareness of the trends in the healthcare/medical community. Good copywriting skills. Strong excel skills. Self-motivated individual with a drive to bring the best outcome. Have the habit and skill to write in English without grammatical mistakes. Understand the psychology of people from all the classes. Get so much proficiency in online research that you can tell which topic will run on YouTube, which will not. The confluence of eyes and mind should be such that it can tell which channel is new in the market, and when the old channel will be closed.
