💻 Work Type: Remote (Candidate from Malaysia / Thailand / Vietnam / Indonesia) 🕒 Shift: Rotational night shift (schedule assigned by ops team) 📄 Contract: 12 months (renewable) | Full-time 💰 Salary: RM4,800 – RM10,500/month (based on hours) ✨ KPI Allowance provided

What You’ll Do: • Interpret real-time conversations between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers. • Handle calls from various industries (education, healthcare, insurance, banking, etc.). • Deliver clear and accurate communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements: ✅ Fluent in English + Mandarin ✅ Stable high-speed internet & working laptop with webcam ✅ Comfortable handling sensitive topics (training provided) ✅ Able to work rotational night shifts
