Hi everyone! 👋 I’m starting a side project next week and looking for a freelance Spanish ↔ English Translator to help localize content for audiences in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. This role is fully remote-friendly 🌐, and payment can be done in milestones💰.

📌 Project Overview The project involves translating website content, short articles, and some UI text. The goal is to ensure natural, culturally accurate translations for various Spanish-speaking regions.

🛠️ What You’ll Work On: •Translating English → Spanish and/or Spanish → English 📄 •Adjusting tone for different Spanish-speaking countries 🌎 (LatAm vs Spain) •Localizing phrases, idioms, and cultural references ✏️ •Optional: light proofreading or rewriting for clarity 🔍

🌐 Languages Needed: Native or near-native Spanish (preferably with experience in one or more regions: Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, Chile) Strong English skills

🧰 Helpful Tools / Experience: •CAT tools (Trados, Smartcat, or similar) 🛠️ •Experience with web or product localization •Comfortable working with Google Docs/Figma (for UI text)

⏳ Timeline Start: Next week 🚀 Duration: 6–12 weeks Schedule: Flexible, async with 1–2 check-ins per week 🗓️
