About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist who will serve as the central point of communication between internal teams, external departments, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and passionate about building strong connections. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, content creation, and storytelling, and who thrives in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: · Act as the central communication bridge across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistency from project initiation to completion. · Develop, structure, and deliver compelling content, messaging, and strategies across digital channels, websites, and proposals. · Create actionable timelines, manage deliverables, and proactively monitor progress to ensure smooth execution of projects. · Collaborate closely with sales, design, and cross-functional teams—translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. · Drive initiatives with creativity and agility, turning ideas into measurable results. · Continuously learn and adapt to emerging marketing methods, platforms, and techniques to improve communication strategies. · Contribute to creating a collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven culture within the marketing team.

Qualifications: · 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing communication, content creation, client relations, or related fields. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Marketing degree preferred). · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. · Strong storytelling, content writing, and presentation skills. · A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams. · Passion for marketing and eagerness to contribute meaningfully from day one.
