Job Description -

Key Responsibilities Knowledge / Experience Major Activities-

Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks across Chennai & South Operations Hubs.  End-to-end ownership of the LAP Disbursement vertical including, Operations login, NDC handling, disbursement processing, OTC/PDD updates and documentation compliance, Strict adherence to KYC & AML guidelines, Loan Cancellation etc. Check all the required documents as per checklist is available in the file received from the sales team post underwriting Responsible for timely disbursal payment release to the correct party. Responsible for accurate system entry and monthly reconciliation of all disbursed files from aligned branches. Facilitate seamless coordination with Sales, Credit, and Legal teams for smooth disbursals. Drive process reengineering initiatives to improve TAT (Turnaround Time) and conduct training sessions for Sales, and Credit teams on updated procedures. Ensures all disbursement related MIS are prepared at the time of disbursal with no errors and maintained for future reference or any audit requirement Manage timely dispatch of files and collateral documents to CPU as per SOPs. Oversee proper filing of documents in designated envelopes, maintaining required quality standards. Handle Insurance forms and communication with CPU for insurance release within defined TAT. Execute NACH initiation and repayment instrument in-warding/deposition as per TAT and quality requirements. Drive quality assurance for PDDs and OTCs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely knock-off at local & HO level. Manage timely CERSAI charge creation (Maker) on all eligible cases as per defined TAT.

Preferred Skill Proficient in operational systems and tools; experience with LOS/LMS platforms is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive efficiency through process improvements. High level of ownership and accountability. Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, PowerPoint and System (Finnone & SFDC preferably) Good Listener, Clear Communication.
