What You’ll Do ✅ Plan, design, and execute international email campaigns ✅ Manage audience segmentation, personalization & A/B testing ✅ Track & analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) ✅ Develop & present reports on campaign effectiveness ✅ Maintain and enhance automation processes, ensuring data integrity & compliance ✅ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices & SEO principles ✅ Collaborate with content, design & product teams for brand alignment

What We’re Looking For ✨ 5+ years of email marketing experience (international focus) ✨ Expertise in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud ✨ Strong knowledge of SEO & its impact on email marketing ✨ Skilled in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization ✨ Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design ✨ Strong project management skills (multi-campaign handling) ✨ Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset
