We have global ambitions and pursue bold growth. Role Overview Were looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. As part of our dynamic marketing team, youll work on a variety of campaigns and content that directly support Calos growth. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, able to move quickly from concept to execution while managing a part-time schedule. Youll be responsible for conducting research, staying on top of design trends, and delivering visual solutions that align with Calos marketing strategy and business goals. Main Responsibilities Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and packagingTranslate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully craftedCollaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative conceptsContribute to evolving the brands visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing teamPrepare and deliver production-ready design files
