Chinese Localizer Job

🌱 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐨 (𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒚: 𝑵𝒆𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆) -Drive sales in the agro / crop protection segment, manage key accounts & acquire new customers. -Build strong supplier and technical partner relationships. -Forecast sales, manage inventory & maintain CRM data. -Conduct market research, analyze competitors & propose product strategies. -Negotiate deals, payment terms & contracts to minimize risk. -Visit customers regularly and ensure compliance with local regulations.

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: -Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. -≥ 5 years B2B sales experience; agro‑chemical experience is a plus. -Fluent in English (written & spoken). -Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills. -Self‑starter with ownership mindset, able to multitask & work under pressure.
