🚀 We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead strategy, automation, and campaign execution for the USA & Canada markets. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Build segmented email strategies based on market, behaviour, and purchase history. Create and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, win-back, renewal). Plan and execute weekly/monthly campaign calendars aligned with launches and promotions. Ensure smooth integrations with Shopify, Magento, WordPress, and CRM tools. Maintain deliverability through list hygiene and sender authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Run A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance. Track and report weekly on open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue per send, and list health. Collaborate with designers/devs to build modular, accessible templates. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in email marketing, lead generation, or outreach. Experience with Apollo.io, Instantly, Klaviyo, or similar tools. Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions. Experience in cold calling and follow-ups. Solid understanding of automation, segmentation, and optimization.
