Technical Writer Job

Technical Writer Terms: 6+ Month Contract Interview Process: Onsite i/v is preferred Work schedule details: Must be local to Jackson, MS – onsite (no non-local/relocation candidates) Visa: GC and USC

Required Skill(s): •           5–8+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer. (this candidate can be more junior level, if they’ve recently graduated with maybe 1+ years of professional experience at an established company (not freelance), I will look at them as well!) •           Strong ability to write and edit technical content with clarity and accuracy. •           Experience working on large-scale IT, government, or consulting projects (this is highly preferred, but open to seeing candidates without this!) •           Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with documentation tools such as Visio, SharePoint, or Adobe Acrobat a plus. •           Excellent collaboration, interviewing, and communication skills. •           Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
