𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲: A leading global fintech company revolutionizing financial services, serving over 25,000 clients across 110+ countries with innovative fintech products.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: We are looking for a creative YouTube Content Strategist to develop and execute high-retention video strategies that attract, educate, and convert audiences.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Research trends, keywords, and competitors to identify content opportunities. Write compelling hooks, scripts, and titles optimized for retention and CTR. Collaborate with editors and designers for smooth production. Track and analyze YouTube analytics (CTR, retention, watch time). Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats to boost growth.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and YouTube Studio Analytics. Strong storytelling, scripting, and communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
