Looking for a Technical Content Writer (Freelance)

A client of mine is looking for a freelance technical writer who can understand the technical aspects of a software product and how it provides value for a client. An overview session would be recorded and the content repurposed so sales and customer-facing staff can confidently answer technical questions.

This person must be able to:

• Listen to technical experts and extract the essential “how it works.” • Translate complex processes—not just product features—into educational content. • Create internal content that bridges the technical → marketing → sales gap. Work independently, ask smart questions, and deliver polished, accurate pieces.
