Supervise, direct, and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including the month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, and check runs.2. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.3. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.4. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.5. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.6. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.7. Utilize Yardi software to streamline accounting processes and procedures.8. Collaborate with the CFO and the executive management team to make decisions regarding companys financial strategy and operations.9. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Masters degree or Certified Public Accountant
