Job Opening: QA/QC Manager – Infrastructure Projects (UAE)

We are hiring a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control functions across our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all project activities strictly comply with company quality standards, client specifications, and relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and other quality documentation in line with project and client requirements. Lead the QA/QC team for Civil, Electrical Infrastructure, and Facilities Management (FM) projects. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and test reports to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality surveillance to verify adherence to approved procedures. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Ensure proper documentation control, calibration of testing equipment, and maintenance of QA/QC records. Lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities. Provide training and awareness sessions to project teams on quality standards and best practices. Support project handover activities, ensuring all QA/QC documentation and test certificates are complete and approved.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within major infrastructure / civil construction projects (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.). Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and local authority requirements (DM, RTA, ADM, DEWA, ADDC, etc.). Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and government entities in the UAE/GCC. ISO Lead Auditor / Quality Management certification is an added advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
