Position overview Were looking for a senior-level designer to join the Snoonu Design team at our Doha HQ - someone who brings clarity, boldness, and consistency to our communications across marketing, brand and product.Youll work closely with cross-functional teams from our vibrant Qatar office, helping shape how Snoonu looks and feels across all channels - from bold campaigns and digital assets to social media, presentations, and branded content. Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital and print: 360 campaigns, presentations, ads, social media, and more.Collaborate on-site with marketing, product, content, and growth teams to translate business needs into powerful visual communication.Take ownership of design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and business goals.Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers.Maintain consistency of our visual identity across all customer and partner touchpoints.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Liaise with local vendors and production partners when needed
