Job Title: Autoline Drive Specialist (3–5 Years’ Experience) Role: Application Support  Location: Oman (On-site, Relocation Required)    About the Role:  We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with hands-on experience in Autoline Drive system. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, can engage effectively with end users, and is eager to grow into broader responsibilities including Dealer Principal functionalities.    Key Responsibilities:  Act as a strong team player, working collaboratively across departments.  Manage and support Autoline Drive modules (POS, Accounts, MS, Vehicles, Reports, PM).  Deliver timely support to users, with excellent communication and follow-up.  Coordinate with the DMS provider when needed to resolve system-related issues on higher priority note.  Work closely with the local IT team to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve user issues.  Remain open to continuous learning and adapt to evolving organizational needs.  Train new user on the processes.    Requirements:  Min 3–5 years of experience in Autoline Drive system.  Strong knowledge on specific core module or Minimal expertise into other modules referring to POS, Accounts, MS, Vehicles along with Report Writing skills, & PM).  Excellent communication skills to deal with end-users and stakeholders.  Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Oman.  Ability to manage cross-team coordination effectively.    Why Join Al Hashar Group?  Al Hashar Group is one of Oman’s most trusted names, representing global automotive leaders like Nissan and Infiniti.
