On a typical day, you might:

Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Support, etc.) to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Analyze and document current workflows and operational processes to pinpoint areas where AI can automate, augment, or optimize business activities. Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and trends, evaluating which solutions best align with the company's strategic objectives and SaaS model. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to evaluate the technical feasibility of use cases, and build business models that estimate ROI, cost savings, or efficiency gains...
