We’re looking for someone with: ✅ 3+ years of real estate lead generation experience ✅ Proven expertise in: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads including Performance Max ✅ Deep understanding of real estate audiences, intent buckets, and geo-targeting ✅ Experience integrating AI for audience insights, ad copy, creative ideation, bidding, forecasting, lead qualification, and automation ✅ Tracking mastery via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategy, CRM attribution and Conversion API ✅ Ability to improve CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROAS ✅ Strong collaboration with Sales, Creative, and Tech teams

🎯 What You’ll Do Launch, optimize & scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads Build high-converting funnels using landing pages, instant lead forms, remarketing, and automated follow-ups Use AI to: segment audiences, generate copy & creative concepts, optimize bids/budgets score & qualify leads before passing to sales detect anomalies & forecast outcomes Work directly with sales to improve lead → booking → closing rates Deliver weekly performance dashboards + optimization insights
