🎧 We’re Hiring: Freelance Audio Call Interpreter (English + Turkish or Pashto) 📍 Remote (UAE-Based) | Rotational Shifts | Freelance

Are you bilingual in English and Turkish or Pashto? Do you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people? Join our growing interpretation team and make a difference through real-time audio call translation in critical sectors such as healthcare, legal, and emergency services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate accurate, real-time interpretation between English and Turkish or Pashto during inbound audio calls.

Support a wide range of scenarios including insurance, legal, and medical inquiries.

Maintain departmental standards in call handling, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.

Resolve calls efficiently and escalate only when necessary.

Document all interactions clearly and use multiple digital tools during calls.

🔹 Requirements:

Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Fluent in English (C1 level) and Turkish or Pashto (C1 level), both spoken and written.

Previous customer service or interpretation experience is a plus.

University graduates or those with an equivalent academic background are encouraged to apply.

College dropouts or high school graduates with at least 1 year post-study experience are welcome.

Strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Comfortable with shift-based work, including nights and weekends.

🔹 Technical & Work Environment:

Proficient in using computers and internet applications.

Work from a private room with no one else present (random workspace security checks may occur).

Rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) with 9 working hours per day including a 1-hour break.

2 rotational days off per week.

All interpreters receive a PC (not a laptop) and professional headphones from the company.
