Position: Sr Business Analyst (GuidingCare & Smartcomm) Location: Baltimore, MD Remote or onsite: 100% Remote – Need EST resources only.  Duration of the project: Short-term assignment - 5 W, 3 D  Interview Process:  Video 2 Levels Equipment Provided: No

Position Overview:  Need to have experience with GuidingCare & Smartcomm Involved handling day to day support of the letter templates & letter fulfillment process within Smartcomm and GuidingCare. (Smartcomm is a sub module within GuidingCare) The BA will be involved in new letter template creation, but please note that this is not a content writer or technical writer role. This is more on the technical side and operations of how the letter templates are used and sent out by the Care managers. They will gather requirements from Care managers on their requirements on what type of letters and letter fulfillment process is needed and document and Interpret business needs.
