Job Title: Technical Writer Company: Vertiv Location: Pune About the Role: Vertiv is looking for a Technical Writer to create and edit customer-facing documentation including user manuals, online help systems, and installation guides. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and OEM customers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of technical content. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit product documentation in clear, concise English. Gather information from engineering sources and interviews with SMEs. Ensure documentation follows Vertiv/OEM standards and formatting. Manage multiple documentation projects across different product lines. Work with international teams and support projects across time zones. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering (any stream), BCA, or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in technical/professional writing. Knowledge of CSS, XML, XHTML preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Madcap Flare.
