📌 REQUIREMENTS: ▪️ Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the gambling or gaming industry ▪️ Familiarity with various email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, or others that support gambling-related content) ▪️ Excellent written communication skills and understanding of content and customer targeting principles ▪️ Ability to independently create and execute campaigns ▪️ Analytical mindset and focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) ▪️ Understanding of Tier 1 audience preferences (high-quality markets) ▪️ English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

🔧 RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪️ Full ownership of email campaigns: planning, launching, and performance analysis ▪️ Collaboration with copywriters and designers to create effective content ▪️ Audience segmentation and message personalization to boost engagement and conversions ▪️ Monitoring campaign metrics and making data-driven decisions ▪️ Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations and platform compatibility (especially for gambling content) ▪️ Researching and benchmarking competitors as needed ▪️ Testing different platforms and recommending optimal tools, particularly those supporting gambling campaigns
