Designation - Land Acquisition Manager

Job Purpose

The person will be responsible for appraising, inspecting and accessing the property. Providing proactive, in-depth, business focused advice to Senior management pertaining to land acquisition matter.

Accountabilities

Responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, clearance and approvals.

Ensure implementation of SOPs (systems and processes) for Land Management

Survey the environment to identify and benchmark best practices, latest developments and potential areas of growth in the industry.

- Provide legal consultation, advice and support to companyin respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.

Qualification & Experience

Essential: Preferably LLB with minimum of 10+ years of experience in Land acquisition profile in Real Estate / Construction industry.

Handled various assignment of Real Estate project central & New Mumbai Suburbs

‘Good network with Brokers /Banks/ Govt. Officials etc.
