As a Founding AI Engineer, you will: ⚙️ Build and refine AI models for animation and motion design 🎨 Collaborate with designers to translate creative principles into training data 🧠 Experiment with new approaches for controllable, style-consistent generation 🔁 Create feedback loops that continuously improve model quality

Ideal profile: Strong background in AI/ML or creative tech Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrives in fast-moving environments Excited to build from 0→1 alongside a small, high-performing team On site working in Berlin
