💰 Tax Strategy Architect: Senior Consultant – Corporate Tax & Structuring

Are you a tax expert ready for complex, high-stakes corporate structuring? We are seeking a dynamic Tax Consultant (4-6 years' experience) to guide our clients through the intricacies of the UAE's evolving tax landscape.

YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS:

----Tax Efficiency: Develop and implement optimal legal structures that minimize tax liabilities (Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing) and maximize long-term profitability. ---Holistic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone) and ensure end-to-end compliance with AML, UBO, and FTA regulations. ---Client Impact: Work directly with the Managing Director/CEO on complex projects, preparing tax filings, leading restructuring strategies, and educating high-profile clients.

ESSENTIAL: 4-6 years experience in UAE tax consultancy, strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Law and VAT, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
