#Scop_of_Work Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for projects in Odisha. Create bilingual (English and Odia) content for project & program reports, press releases, social media, IEC materials, and knowledge products. Manage media relations, including outreach, press briefings, and coverage tracking. Establish and maintain a knowledge management system (repositories, taxonomy, metadata standards). Curate and disseminate knowledge products (briefs, synthesis reports, annual reports, learning notes). Translate and trans create technical content into Odia for local stakeholders. Produce multimedia content (videos, infographics, radio scripts) for farmer engagement. Manage digital presence (communication, content development, website updates, social media analytics). Document field activities through photography and videography; maintain asset library. Organize learning events, after-action reviews, and stakeholder workshops. Ensure compliance with branding, donor visibility guidelines, and safeguarding policies.

#Deliverables Approved Communication Strategy & Calendar for the engagement period. Monthly bilingual content package (stories, social posts, infographics, videos). Fully functional Knowledge Repository with migrated and organized assets. Quarterly Knowledge Briefs summarizing project learnings and insights. Complete IEC Toolkit in English and Odia (brochures, posters, manuals). Media engagement reports (coverage tracker, press releases, field visit documentation). Photo and video documentation catalogue with captions and consent records. Quarterly Visibility & Analytics Report (web, social media, media metrics). Two learning events per quarter with documented proceedings and action points. Crisis communication protocol and compliance checklist.
