Job Title: Learning and Development Consultant Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Industry: HR Management Consulting Our client, a leading HR Management Consulting company based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: •Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. •Conduct thorough training needs analyses and develop customized learning interventions. •Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training sessions. •Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement strategies. •Collaborate with internal teams and client organizations to drive performance through learning. •Keep abreast of emerging learning technologies and global L&D trends. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s or HR certification is an advantage). •Minimum of 5-8 years experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a consulting or corporate HR environment. •Proven experience in instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation. •Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
